Re:     Please schedule Mark Ramsey for an interview as soon as possible.

One thing I have observed about Mark in his many grassroots leadership roles over the years:  He can’t make a decision unless he first consults his Bible, his pocket Constitution and then builds a spreadsheet. That’s what America First, Bible-believing, Constitutional, Professional Engineers do. He is more than capable to serve on the North Harris County Regional Water Authority Board. He has already served on this board for one term now and continuously demonstrates his “constituents first” and “small government” mentality. His engineering background is an invaluable commodity in this role. He understands what it takes to maintain our current water infrastructure while carefully gauging the needs of the future. Government waste is something he won’t tolerate. Mark works hard to ensure that contracts are bid and evaluated properly.  I can’t think of a better person to serve in this position on the NHCRWA Board.

I am proud to recommend Mark Ramsey to the Local Government Committee for an interview.  He is well worthy of an HCRP endorsement.
